APPLY FINISHED FLOORING
PREP
Clean the substrate so that it is free of all dirt,
oil, grease, loose peeling paint, concrete sealers
or curing compounds, and cement laitance. Smooth
rough and uneven concrete surfaces.
PRIME
Apply PROFLEX™ primer at a rate of 300-500 square
feet/gallon. Apply with a pump sprayer, brush, or
short-nap roller (supplied free in boxes of PROFLEX™
membrane).
PEEL & STICK
Simply place the PROFLEX™ membrane, with the release
paper still attached, over the area to be treated.
Unroll the membrane and cut, leaving 2” to 3” excess
at one end. Peel off the release paper, exposing the
tacky surface of the membrane, and smooth out the
occasional bubbles or wrinkles. Floor covering may
be installed immediately.

INSTALL FLOORING
Surfacing materials such as ceramic tile, porcelain
tile, marble, stone, wood, or brick can be installed
immediately after the membrane has been installed.
